Once again Jesse Jackson is suffering from "foot in mouth disease." He is quoted from yesterday using very foul language in a comment about Barak Obama. How reverend is the Rev. Jesse Jackson? How politically correct is he? And moreover, how can the media just make a comment about this? If this was James Dobson, Pat Robertson, Robert Schuler or even Joel Osteen, there would have been outrage. It would have been a lynching from the beginning that a Pastor used such language, but it seems that Rev. Jackson is off limits, it seems that the media has some pact to leave him alone, to stay away from him. "Rev." Jackson believes that by simply offering an apology it will go away. That by standing on Good Morning America, the Today Show and others that everyone will simply forget. Sadly he is probably correct, for as the media drops this so will the memory of the masses. I agree that certainly this should not be a reflection on Obama, but if he is to succeed, he should distance himself as far as possible from the "Rev" Jackson.
Most educated thinking Americans view Rev. Jackson as a self absorbed megalomaniac always searching for a podium, always searching for a TV camera to glorify himself and what ever is the movement of the day or hour. He is a disgrace to all who are legitimate pastors of the gospel, his self attained title of Rev. is a mockery of the cloth and the men and women who dedicate their lives to furthering the good news God and Christ. He should be more than ashamed, his board of directors should remove him immediately from his self constructed pedestal of self indulgence in order to put a lagitimaticy into their movement that has long served its time.
If Barak Obama wants to win, he should loose this cancer in his corner named "Rev. Jesse Jackson" and condemn his comments and actions for what they are.
That is the stance from here.
