We have entered into a new era. Historical significance will not be lost on the events of this January. We saw the inauguration of our first minority (Bi-racial) president. and with that event, the stupidity of the American voter was announced to the world. Democracy at it finest. We the People voiced our opinion and the ignorance won.
To paraphrase our new first lady who said in a campaign speech "for the first time I am proud of my country" for the first time in my life I must say; "for the first time I am scared of my country." True fear. Fear that our newly elected leader does not have a clue what he is doing. Fear that the leader of the free world will have his FIRST opportunity at executive leadership as President! Fear that he is so adamant at doing what he wants he throws caution to the wind to grandstand and make a point.
Within days of taking office, he issued a set of executive orders that instantly made us less safe. Within days of taking office and with the single swipe of a pen, he put 300 million Americans at risk. We are only in the first full week of his presidency and I am worried about not only the next four years, but the decades to follow this travesty in American History. Instead of furthering the cause of minorities, when it is all said and done, four years from now, the progress of minorities many are feeling today will be reverted by a hundred years when the confidence is gone, jobs are lost, the deficit is beyond reach and our country vulnerable to more terrorist attacks. I cannot believe the stupidity of America. How can we elect someone who rivals only Jesse Jackson in his self glorification and ego. The next four years will be painful, and as in due record Obama will not accept any responsibility for the demise he is starting now.
Freeing terrorists and pumping billions of dollars at a problem will not solve the problem, yet in a typical Democratic maneuver, "we will just spend our way out of this mess." No we will not, American cannot continue to rob peter (American Taxpayers) to pay Paul (Congress and wall street and the UAW) we cannot do it, and in time we will - I fear, suffer from the hands of our new megalomaniac president.
That is the stance from here.
